Randy was awesome! Although we were not a current customer, I called him on a Saturday inquiring about snow removal services given the recent weather. He came same day and saved us and our driveway so our oil company who was coming the next day could get in. His communication was great, after we confirmed in the morning, he sent me messages of updates regarding what time he would arrive. Upon arriving, he went over the driveway and asked me all the places I would like the snow put and did a great job with his plow. We have a gravel driveway and not a lot of companies like to plow snow, but Randy knew exactly how to keep the setting on the plow where it did not take up the gravel. Thank you so much for the last minute help. I will 100% use them this summer for other yard work projects.
